I adored the staff. They were so kind and ready to assist. the breakfast was a true delight with a big choice of options and a amazing view. our room was lovely, it had comfortable beds and windows that we could open.
crucial facilities were not available. the rooftop bar was not open in the evening. the turkish bath and spa was also closed.

the hotel enjoys a superb location near major attractions. it's just a short, lovely walk to sites such as the sultanahmet mosque. many restaurants and shops are also nearby.

the top floor terrace is wonderful. the hotel offers a super calm place away from main attractions. tea and coffee making facilities are available and replenished daily.

breakfast included an amazing spread and plentiful options. there were so many varieties of cheeses, salads, breads and eggs. i also noticed attentive staff who provided great service.
